Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. All orders will be shipped by USPS (tracking included). Depending on where you are located, some packages may get delayed. If you have not received your package after 3-4 weeks of placing an order, please consider first contacting your local USPS for details about your package. If no further information about your package can be given, please feel free to contact me at mizuwariko@gmail.com.

Themed pet art: If you have not received your order after two weeks of submitting payment, please feel free to follow up with me at mizuwariko@gmail.com.  I am a one-woman team and I put a lot of time and effort into each art piece so I may occasionally get backed up from time to time.
