Refund policy

Refunds may be requested if your order has yet to be shipped. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, refunds will not be issued. 

Merchandise damaged IN TRANSIT may be subject to a refund or a replacement (if inventory allows). Please contact me at mizuwariko@gmail.com no more than 5 days after receiving your package. Please include your order number and photos of your damages.

If your package has been lost in transit, please be responsible for following up with your local USPS before reaching out to me. Proof of contact is required for a refund or replacement (if inventory allows). 

I do not accept returns / authorize refunds for returns.

Refunds will not be issued once payment has been made and processed, so please review your order carefully before committing to purchase. If you are unhappy with your final product, I can make small revisions for no additional cost. However, larger revisions will be subject to additional fees depending on complexity.
